Aside from ongoing issues at Devils Lake, ND, the Souris River is out of it's banks in Minot.

Empire Builder annulled west of St. Paul through at least June 5.

There is also lots of flooding in Montana, though I'm not sure if it's affected the Empire Builder.

Even worse, than that, their word for "bat" is a phrase, chauve-souris ("bald mouse"), and I don't know why.

Service between Rugby and Devils Lake resumed a few days ago. On the map, one can see that those railroads are far straighter than any of the LGVs, but don't expect any high speeds on 'em…
