Just noticed tonight that my next post (this one) will mark my 100th post here at RAILforum and nearly the same ranking amongst the top poster list. So, I guess it's time to introduce myself as well as introduce two TrainWeb sites that are near and dear to me.

Delaware and Hudson Virtual Museum (DHVM)
http://www.trainweb.org/dhvm/
A pictorial history of The Delaware and Hudson Canal Company (D&H CC) & Delaware and Hudson Railroad (D&H RR)

This "Virtual Museum" is to help preserve the complete history of "America's oldest continually operated transportation company" (Canal, Gravity Railroad, Railway {Freight & Passenger}, and Steamship) through images and data collected by D&H fans world wide.

Railroad Adventures (RRAdventures)
http://www.trainweb.org/rradventures/
Our Railfanning photographs from around the world - From Scale Models to Narrow Gauge to Standard Gauge; from Steam to Diesel; from Freight to Passenger; it's all here...

My first major topic here is "Railroad Adventures (RRAdventures) - 4 Days on the California Zephyr" that I hope many of you are enjoying since AMTRAK seem to be the #1 interest amongst the membership.

Hope to get to know more of you...

Glad to hear you are enjoying my first major topic here. The next trip I plan to work on is on the Ski Train and it too will have Video Clips.

I assume there would interest in this topic here? [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]
