Shore Line Trolley Museum, 17 River Street, East Haven CT 06512: "Autumn in New York" celebrates the trolleys and subway/elevated trains of New York. Relive the days of the "Subway Series" when people streamed to Ebbets Field, the Polo Grounds, and Yankee Stadium to see their favorite baseball teams in action. Vintage New York trolleys and cars from America's largest private collection of New York-area rapid-transit cars will be on display and operating. Museum opens at 10am, cars operate between 10:30am and 4:30pm. Call 203-467-6927 or visit www.bera.org for details.
