Hi Can I see the new Amtrak Acela Turboliner runing on Amtrak's Empire Trains on Weekdays and on the Weekends?

I'm afraid not, since the "new Amtrak Acela Turboliner" does not exist.

There are, however, the New York State-owned Rohr Turboliners designated RTL-III, which are coming back into service after several years of absence and a rebuild by Super Steel Industries of Schenectady, NY. Right now, approximately two are in active service, alongside an unrebuilt RTL-II.
