Hello,
I am trying to find some photos and consist information for either the Empire Builder, or North Coast Hiawatha between Amtrak start-up and 1978. Any pictures or a list of cars, including former owners, would be greatly appreciated.

Check out http://lib2.clark.cc.oh.us/amtrak/Amtrak.html There should be photos of some older equipment within the site, although I'm not sure how specific it is to the two trains you mentioned.
