I was wondering what happened to you. Did you end up flying home?
It looks like the tunnel is out of service for some time to come. NARP reports that the K-Falls to Eugene bus bridge is now being referred to as a Thruway service, and the website is no longer offering sleeper service north of K Falls until further notice. Seattle to Eugene will just have coaches and a lounge. Bummer.

Bummer, indeed, Mr. Toy. At this point I'm planning on going ahead with my trip to EUG leaving SBA on 08/26 even though it will mean a 4 1/2 your "bustitution". I really need to be in Eugene on 08/27 and at least I'll get a pretty decent ride from here to Klamath Falls.
BTW, I noticed that the northbound Starlight seemed to be pretty much on time out of SBA today. I saw it between SBA and GOL at about 12:58PM.
Frank in SBA.
PS. I also noticed a full set of single level cars at the Goleta station. Getting ready for the new service to SLO?
