I saw that, with the presenter's comment about "not being able to tell you where it is", and immediately Googled it. Seconds later were photos of the entrance, the history, track charts, you name it. Not so secret after all.
Track maps of Grand Central - and a fair chunk of the surrounding area - on this site. Note that you have to zoom in to 400% or more to see the actual detail!
