When I look at pix at RailPictures.net, I have only been able to scroll down through about the first or second of the photos I want to look at -- I select a certain category (like AMTRAK in Florida or something), I choose to show 15 photos per page, but then I can't scroll down past the first one or two photos on any page. I have e-mailed RailPictures about the problem, but they don't answer my e-mails.

Anyone else run into this? (the scrolling problem, that is -- not the "not answering of e-mails" problem!)

Rich, I just tried what you described, going to AMTRAK Florida, and had no problem looking at 15 pictures per page. Could it be that the pictures are just slow loading onto your system?

I just read your post over on Henry's Sunset Limited topic; I think there's something wrong with the download. Just my guess, but I'm not a computer engineer.

RRRICH, my computer (which usually sucks) handled the scrolling ok with just an occasional pause. Nust be a problem with your puter's capacity.

As I keep saying (as my reply to Henry's SL post said), these are the only things I have had problems with on this computer. Other web sites (such as Train Web) scroll fine on this computer, and we have a lot of capacity in our system.

You may all be right about my office computer. The web site works and scrolls fine on my home computer now.
