My son is attending school in Davis, CA and will work at an internship in Sacramento. He hopes to commute on the Capitol Corridor trains. Does Amtrak have anything like a "book of tickets", for multiples of the same trip, discounted or not?

It appears that Amtrak offers both a Monthly Pass and ten ride/45 day tickets within the California service area:

Hey RR4me....I just drove through your neck of the woods a few hours ago. It was HOT HOT HOT up there today! (I went to Black Oak Casino and got lost on the way there. How the heck I ended up in Twain Harte I don't know. LOL!!!)

Hi Smitty, it's supposed to get to 105 today, but cool to low 90's tomorrow. If you ended up in Twain Harte, you missed your turn off of Hwy 108 is my guess. I hope geographic is the only "lost" you experienced!
