So long as Amtrak accommodated those stranded passengers on the next available train, and refunded the Acela premium, I doubt it.

But the incident certainly represented a PR Black Eye that Amtrak could live nicely without.

Incredible. Just incredible. Like someone on the comments said: Didn't the conductor find it strange that no one got on the train in New York?
