I saw a forum thread some years ago on how to make water effect using toilet paper and glue. I have tested this method and now also used on my own layout to make water in my harbour. I think this method is close to "fool-proof" in getting a good and realistic result.
It´s also obviously a very low cost method, so I thought it was a good idea to spread this method by making a video tutorial. I hope you like it.
