Hi Folks
I just returned from a 2 week trip to Vermont and New Hampshire. While there I rode 4 tourist trains.
My wife and I rode the "Rutland Limited" from Bellows Falls, to Rutland,Vermont on Sat.,Sept. 24.
The trip departed at 9AM and returned about 6pm. It is run by the Green Mountain RR. We had a 90 minute stopover in Rutland.
We passed by 2 covered bridges, and a lovely waterfall and gorge at Brockways Mills. On the return trip, the train stopped at the Bartonsville covered bridge and photographers got out and took pictures.
Tickets were $40 per adult and well worth it.
