Just took the Pacific Sands private car of Pullman Adventures to San Diego overnight. What a deal, two 100+ mile rides in the car, overnight in the pullman in San Diego Santa Fe Station, two free days in San Diego, with enough time to ride the whole San Diego Trolley System on either day, all for $169 per person. I've posted a travelogue of this trip at: http://trainweb.org/carl/PullmanAdventures/

Nice, I like the looks of those pullman cars, theres a ski train here in Colorado that quite long for a passenger train in North America with up to 18 pullman cars running from Denver to Winter Park. I have not had the chance to ride it yet but those who have say its a great trip, around $60.
