The Omnibus spending bill has been approved, 65-28. It will now be sent to the President, & there is plenty to indicate that he will sign the bill into law. There were no changes due to the earleir failure of cloture.
The original Amtrak appropriation was something along the lines of US$ 1.2 billion, with a postponment in the $ 100 million loan repayment. Sorry for no link.
