For those who are interested, I just heard the SP 9806 get a Track Warrant for all of the Mulford Line as of 1153AM . The Mulford line starts about 10 miles south of Oakland CA and goes down to Newark CA.
The SP 9806 looks like the QRVDO on the UP Trace. The 9806 is an SD70M type of diesel.

Also a QRVMN southbound is being led by the UP 9459 today.
The UP 9459 got TWC authority as far as Soledad as of 1113AM this morning.
The 9459 was by Corporal, south of Gilroy CA, at 1009AM. The 9459 is a C41-8W type of diesel. That additional info for any diesel fans who are interested !
I hope this helps any coast fans that are out and about today!
