posted UP DS 58 just gave the SP 9816 a southbound Track Warrant for all of the Mulford Line. This Mulford Line runs as far south as Newark, CA. This train should have just departed the Oakland yards as of 12 noon. The OK time for this warrant was 1150 AM from our favorite regular morning dispatcher (Scott) SDO. Glad to hear of 2 trains in 2 days led by SP painted units! At least there are some SD70s left around California in SP paint!
