The Santa Fe Diesel: Volume 1, Dieselization - 1960. Kansas City: Paired Rail Publications, 1998 (2d printing). Dr Priest's book has a picture that shows the 4 fans and the exhaust stacks on a B unit. McMillan's book shows more of the bulge and less of the fan detail. Both books show the removal and overplating of the original equipment 72" fan. John ------------------ The City of Saint Louis (UP, 1967) is still my standard for passenger operations
