The recent posts on teh Huntington Beach line noted CWR to be installed.

Within the past year new ties and rail were laid along the Torrance branch also. There is little traffic volume here too but the upgrade might have been driven by risk of lawsuits etc. Who knows. But like was mentioned elsewhere it means the line should be around for a while (even if local real estate artist renderings always leave it out)
