Railfan Weekend
April 6th & 7th 2002

For those who enjoy railroading or trains in general, the New
Hope & Ivyland Railroad is planning an event just for the
railfans.
Join us for our FIRST ANNUAL Railfan Weekend as we
operate our steam locomotive & double headed diesels on vintage
and modern mixed freight and passenger trains. Photo run-by's, Cab Rides, and night photo sessions will also be a part of the show.
So bring your photo and video cameras and plenty of film, you're not going to want to miss this!

The Exhaust of Steam and the roar of multiple diesels will fill the air while our Steam Locomotive and Big Diesels work on our steep grades! DON'T
MISS THIS ONE!!

The Railfan weekend will feature:
The return of Steam Locomotive #40, a 1925 Baldwin 2-8-0
Multiple unit diesels #2198 GP-30 and #7087 C30-7
Vintage and modern freight trains (box cars, vintage tank cars, and much more!)
Passenger trains
Mixed trains on rare mileage
Photo runby's (steam, smoke and the sound of working diesels)
Night trains with photo sessions
Long trains to Ivyland and return
Cab rides (order yours now, cab rides are VERY limited!)
Shop tours

Trains depart the New Hope Train Station at:
10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m

Plus evening trains on Saturday the 6th ONLY at:
6:00 p.m., & 6:30 p.m.
Night photo train tickets are limited to maintain photo lines.

Ticket price includes train ride and all night photo stops.
Reservations are ONLY required for the Night Photo Trains on Saturday.
