I'm around the Atlanta area, where's some good spots to get pictures? There's a bridge near here(Smyrna) and I can hear trains all day & night. I'm going to scout that out. Are there any museums nearby??

As far as museums go, there is the Southeastern Railway Museum in Duluth, GA. Their webpage is at http://www.srmduluth.org/ .
