could someone please tell me about their experience on the downeaster train--boston to portland, maine? what are the seating arrangements--all facing forward and like in Europe seats facing each other in a section of 4? are the views good from the windows? are the snacks good? only carry on luggage? how long are the stops at each of the 7 stops? thanks so much i will be going in october but i want to know if this is worth it?
