Does anyone know when the next Schedule change is supposed to take place.

My guess is April 6th, for the minor schedule tweaks that Amtrak usually makes on the days Daylight Saving Time starts and ends.

Actually, I take that back...the next schedule change will occur on February 10th. The Pennsylvanian will have its endpoints cut back to New York-Pittsburgh and its departure times will change in both directions, and the eastbound Three Rivers will also change its departure time.
