A Long way from now. When I get out of High School in 4 years, I will take a long train trip (G0d I hope there still are passenger trains).
I will go From St. Louis to Chicago on the Texas Eagle(Hope its still around), stay in Chicago for a day. Take the City of New Orleans(Hope its still around) to New Orleans stay in New Orleans for a day. Take the Sunset Limited(Hope its still around) to San Antonio stay there for a day or two. Take the Texas Eagle back to St. Louis with a roomette. The whole train part was to cost me this year, today, about $350.00. In 4 years I want to have raised about $1100-1200 for this trip. Next year if I had a little money I could go to Paris wiht my French class and Stay with a French family. They'd probably drive me crazy. So I've decided to go with the Dream vacation.

Not any more. Now that High School baseball is starting our team is going to have a tournament during Spring Break, so I kind of have to stay in town, but I do have the choice if I want to go any where or not. But I'd rather take a huge trip during summer. Maybe Chicago to New York. Plus not many pitchers are lefthanded at my school, maybe only 2 or 3 others so I might have a chance of making Varsity and they go to Palm Beach during Spring Break, and Lawrence, Kansas during one weekend.
What do the French have do with anything.
