Has anyone here bought one? I see theres one for the empire builder, sunset limited, zephyr, etc.
Id like to have em all, but because of cost and size, I cant. Wonder if they are going to make these in postcard size?

I really dont like those new logos, the old Southwest chief, Sunset limited and empire builder were much better. These are very basic. but if they did come out with post-card sized logos I would buy them for sure.
I agree also that they are too expesnive..Amtrak has a way of making things too expensive and few people purchasing something rather then a large quantity of people purchasing alot of something.

I bought the Acella posters the moment I heard about them. They arrived safely in a large tube. The paper and the print quality is truly outstanding.
I love the graphics. The artist, Michael Schwab, has a interesting art deco/retro style and the colors are so much more robust and dynamic than what you see on the web.
These are large posters, so if you are going to frame them, be prepared to spend a lot of money. There are certainly some creative ways to get around the cost of framing.
As a person who has some experience with the art world, I've got to tell you that Amtrak is practically giving these things away. If you compare the cost of a high quality poster like this with what you would pay at a museum, you will see what I mean. I am, of course, talking about the four posters for $15 deal (~$20 with shipping and Guest Rewards discount).
I highly recommend you all to purchase these new Acella posters. You will be glad you did once you see them. Here's the link:
(I wish I could buy the limited edition press runs, but I can't afford them.)
