On my last trip on the Coast Starlight, we did not have Pacific Parlour Car nor a substitute lounge. What was intereasting though, was that the lounge car was the same as the ones being used on the Empire Builder with table seating as well as chairs/with the blue cloth instead of leather. Any idea why Amtrak is using these on the Coast Starlight?

Are there more conversions now so they are making their way to other trains?
Or perhaps just got switched around in Seattle or Portland.
