for those of you who haven't seen it Google alert has an interesting article from the Quincy IL Whig. Senator Durbin, the 2nd ranking democrat says it is encouraging that the Amtrak budget will be over what Bush wants.He says there is a bi- partisan commitment. A rather long article but worth reading. (www.whig.com)
