Hi all, It's been a while i'm catching the starlight this morning does anyone know if it been running on time??? I know it's late alot and I love the train...just want to give my family an estimated pick up time in Sacramento...I know you guys are full of the latest and greatest info thanks!!!

Check with www.amtrakdelays.com. It's been pretty accurate for me, and can give you the on-time performance over the last several weeks.

It has been running MUCH better then it was a few months ago when it was consistently several hours behind schedule.

I am on-board #14 right now south of Oakland and we are running ON-TIME.

(I assume you left this morning on #11 judging by your registered location.)

rachsewell - I suggest you have your family call
"Julie" at the 1-800 # a couple hours before they leave to pick you up -- "Julie" can give them a pretty good estimate of the time your train will be arriving...........
