Should we expect to see detours of the CZ into Wyoming this summer? If so, do we know when the detours will occur?

There is no way to know at this point. There may not even be one if there is no work planned for the line that requires major closures. Even if they plan one, UP probably does not have a firm schedule for the detour as yet. And then, even after they set up the work plan, something line the landslide in Oregon, last year's bridge fire, etc. could cause the work schedule to be changed at the last minute.
It is still way too early to be able to answer this question.
