What is the status of the E.B. from Chicago - West? Are busses still being used or is alternate rail being used? Thanks, Railfan

As Mr. Mike Smith noted at another topic, there is a routing that involves the C&NW from Tower A-2 @ Western Ave to Tunnel City, WI, where the Builder joins its normal MILW routing.
So for the moment we have the "Builder 400" operating over lines that have not seen a passenger train since well before A-Day.
