Has anyone here had any experience with requesting missing AGR points over 90 days after travel date? I just happened to notice I have zero points for a $269 trip on 3/14. I still have the confirmation page with my res# AND AGR# on it. I also had the cost of this ticket deducted from my AGR credit card balance total that period (269 points less than my monthly purchase total).
I submitted my request for missing points on the AGR site, but it says "You have up to 90 days after your travel date to submit this request", and it takes 48 hours to respond. It has been 94 days. The ticket was purchased from my local Amtrak agent and he did key in my AGR number and it showed on the ticket and the confirmation printout.
Am I out of luck? A day late and a dollar short as usual!

Never mind. I just noticed a line item transaction named "Amtrak Travel" at the end of March that just happened to be double the amount I spent on train tickets that month. This means I got double points for the ticket in question and quadruple points for another $75 ticket that month!
