Typical ignorant Fox News operation: the only clip art they could find to illustrate the story is this ancient F40?

On the news last night, the storm was mentioned as having had an effect on both air and rail travel in the NE -- the reporter said that many flights were canceled, and people ended up sleeping at the airport waiting to get to their destination today, yet the reporter also reported that many of the AMTRAK passengers were "trying to deal with the situation," and were doing "the best they could," or some such thing.

Why is it so much more difficult to deal with an AMTRAK delay than it is to deal with an airline delay?
