Does anyone know when the next new Amtrak National Timetable becomes effective?
We've been a little behind schedule ever since the Fall 2012 Timetable was delayed.

Depends what you mean by "next"! I noticed that some trains had new schedules posted on Amtrak's website and labeled "effective October 13, 2013".

True....... but we've not seen a new printed timetable effective Oct 13 that I'm aware of.

I don't often get to an Amtrak station to pick one up unfortunately. Mind you, when I did last, LAX didn't have any of the new ones (at the time) a week into its validity period!

What I'm trying to determine is whether Amtrak has printed a new fall/winter national timetable. I haven't heard any buzz about such and am just now having a little spare time to devote to seeking one out.

Look for a new National Timetable to come out effective January 13, 2014. I have some on order from Amtrak due my involvement with MARP(Michigan Association of Railroad Passengers)
