Model Railroads of Southern California has partnered with local hobby shops to offer various monthly coupon specials for its members. These specials are exclusive discounts offered only to members of Model Railroads of Southern California. (See “How To Join” below.)
The idea is to bring value to members, encourage model railroaders to patronize their local model railroad hobby shops and encourage persons to join the group. As with the layout tour program, there is no cost for this service.
These coupons are available in the Model Railroads of Southern California Files Section. The Files Section is only accessible to group members.
June coupon specials are being offered by Railmaster Hobbies (Bellflower) and Arnie’s Model Trains (Westminster). We hope to add more hobby shops in the coming months.
Model Railroads Of Southern California is a free internet group with no physical location, officers or dues. The group website, like many railroad groups, is hosted on Yahoo.com .
On the right-center of the homepage is a button labeled “Join This Group”. Click on the button and log-in using your Yahoo ID and password.
Click on the “Sign-In” button.
You are now a group member and have complete use of the website, including the message archives, Files and Photos Sections, Links, etc. You also can join other free railroad and model railroad groups on Yahoo. There are hundreds of these helpful groups.
If you sign-off you can re-access the group by going to the group’s website and signing-in using your Yahoo ID and password.
