Well it has happened to the railroad community yet again.
As reported on TO, there were 2 railroaders killed in seperate accidents. A NS Engineer was struck and killed in PA. by a passing train when he was on the ground inspecting his units.

Then a CSX Conductor was killed when she failed to clear the opposing mainline for a NS freight train in time, and was struck by the snow plow and drug along.

Please keep your thoughts and or prayers on these families. It is very hard when that happens, and hits us as fellow railroaders hard.

Sad to read.

Railroading must be one of the most dangerous occupations around. Lots of heavy, moving equipment which is totally unforgiving.
