There is a battery-powered trolley that runs between the Grove Shopping Center and Farmers Market in Los Angeles (3rd/Fairfax).

One interesting feature are new wig-wags that were installed at a the Gilmore Lane crossing. These look almost the real thing but were fabricated from a lighter gauge of metal.

In fact I dare say these are "pretend wig-wags". I was there Sunday and they were going off at the grade crossing, however there was no trolley to be seen. Perhaps on a timer knowing about how long it takes it for the Trolley to appear?
