A to your Q, Mike, I did use Old Penn, both PRR and LIRR sides, as a paying passenger.

Unfortunately, His Honor The Mayor has paywalled his site - or at least that article. It appears that after a period of time, which looks like 24hrs, the Freebie is over and up goes the paywall.
