I did a quick search and didn't find anything addressing this. I hope its a bug and not "works as designed". Maybe I'm missing something. In Fare Finder, I select the cities and departure and arrival dates. Then select Next. This brings me to Select Train. I cannot go back to Fare Finder if I want to modify the dates/times/cities. It's not active. If I select the back button or Reservations, it returns me to the Fare Finder, but I need to re-enter all the information again. Anybody else notice this? I haven't contacted Amtrak about it yet.

I have noted the same myself; I wish they could restore that feature of the previous site.

Well, when I have a problem editing something, I try sending an E-mail requesting the changes, and see if they can take care of the problem, that usualy works
Yes, the Fare Finder is working correctly. The information you entered will be cleared if you click on the browsers back button or the "Reservations" tab once you're in step 2 of the reservation process.
The website is new as of September 2004. There are no plans to change this format in the near future.
