If you're interested in moving to the Greater Richmond, VA area and like to watch trains, here's a house for sale.

Imagine the northbound Auto-Train making your wake-up call at about 6:55am.....more-or-less.

I don't suppose they'd be willing to swap straight up for a 76 year old two bedroom frame bungalow...
