I was just looking for the new OTP feature on Amtrak.com, you know, the one attributing delays to different causes......where is it? I can't find it.

On the home page for Amtrak.com go to the bottom of the box below "Train Status" and click on the small line "Historical On-Time Performance."
That takes you to a list of trains, and by selecting one, the boxes with the reasons for the delays appears by train.
