Lets see, the default server time is Zulu-9, ET would be Z-5. The posting was reported at 505P (Z-9) therefore 905P (ET - Z-5); thus the interview noted is a segment within The Rachel Maddow Show.

That was correct.....
Wasn't much of an interview although they did discus stimulus dollars for mass transit for three or four minutes.
I caught it while channel grazing and was unsure of how long they had been at it when I found it.
