And the Harvey lunchroom still sits vacant... someone needs to look at downtown LA and figure that one out... after all, the tourist trap joints on Olvera Street live for the lunch trade.

The lunchroom would make a fantastic first class lounge if it's not going to be a restaurant!

And it sure would be nice to see the magnificent ticketing area used for something......well....magnificent again.

Andy, the lunchroom is to the right of the main entrance to the station.......across an attractive breezeway.

I remember the one and only time I ever had a meal in the Harvey Dining room in about 1965 before I was to board SP's Lark for an overnight trip to San Francisco (I had a Pullman roomette). It was (is) a wonderful room and what a shame that nothing has been done to open it again to the public.
