OK, I've been on this board long enough, and I should know how this works, but I don't.

How do the "Member Rated" stars work, and what do they mean? That is, how does one obtain or give stars, and how does one get a "rating." Once obtained, can they be removed?

I must be missing something here.

Just click on the "Who" tab at a posting and for any member other than yourself (presumably to avoid Members from rathin themselves), and absent that Member choosing not to be rated, the profile will be returned including a Rate Member tab.
