I’m going on a long train trip and will be driving to Los Angeles and parking at the MTA/gateway plaza parking. I need to know were the office is to fill out the long term parking form, that Hopeful Rail User / Vicki mention on Nov. 15, 2013 of be taken to. Thank you for the help. Ron

Hi there, The office is on your right as you take your receipt from the entrance machine. There are several parking places right there to use while you fill out your form. The forms are in the anteroom and there are a couple of ladies working behind the window who will take your form.
I took a supply of forms for future use, which will be this June, hooray!
Remember to keep your receipt with you as you will need to pay at a machine upon re-entering the garage when you return. Cash or credit cards will do. $6 a day, a good deal.

Vicki Thank you for the quick reply. I Will Be at LA station for the 75th and will look for the office and will pick up some form do you happen to know the hours and if there open Saturday. Ron

I believe that after hours and on weekends they leave the forms outside the office and you can fill it out and leave it there.
