The Midwest Rail Rangers, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that I am President of, has become somewhat "sidelined" because of the virus. We used to present onboard educational programs on private rail excursions, Amtrak charters, the South Shore Line, and other venues. Most of which are now shut down through 2021.

We started doing "virtual programs" taking people on our You Tube Channel to various Midwestern destinations that are open -- in hopes of profiling them and giving them some business during the pandemic. We are releasing a new program every 2 weeks through atleast August 2021.

We would love ideas of cool depots, railroad museums, or rail-related sites we could tape at for future programs.

Needs to be with-in reasonable driving distance: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

Here are some we have done thus far:

Should have enough to record a 20-30 minute minimum show.

Your help is appreciated.

You probably are familiar and/or have visited the Lake Superior Railroad Museum, in Duluth, MN.

I've never been there, but maybe someday.

Thanks, Richard. We ended up just recording there. Very cool place to visit... I would highly recommend it, and a ride on their partner North Shore Scenic Railroad.

If anyone has another idea, they would be welcome to share.

We have a list up at www.railrangers.org of places we have taped already.
