Is there free internet service in the Chicago Metropolitan Lounge? This is offered free in the Club Acela Lounges in NE Corridor.

I do not remember seeing it there either. I think most of the Starbucks in the area around the station are wifi, however.

There was internet service at one time. With kids constantly messing with it, it was broken more than it was usable. There is a station by the phone booths that you can plug your laptop into though. Computers are available in New York and Washington DC.

There is one internet port available at the lounge, but one must have his own laptop. Kinko's is right on the next corner from Union Station; that is what I used last time.
