I'll be taking the Chief after Christmas and was wondering if she's had any refurbished cars in the consist lately. I mean the repaired Superliners coming out of Beech Grove in the new paint scheme.

I hear her just about every night, but I rarely get a chance to see her. Just wondering if anyone has seen the Chief's consists lately.

Sorry, it doesn't go through Rochester, NY very often.
Tell me if it's got a 207 on the point, though, if you could?

I see the Southwest Chief almost every weekend, and getting a refurbished car is pretty much hit or miss as Amtrak uses whatever is available when they put the train together.
