Today's (10-10-04) LA Times Magazine has an article about 'Foamers'. The author rode chartered cars coupled to the Coast Starlight.

It's a positive article about railfans. Even non-railfans should enjoy it!

I have never been to that site before--(www.coastrail.com) intereasting article

LA Times must like Amtrak, I found this one awhile back refer to this old topic.
