Just completed an entry into the NOL hotel question. Now I have a question on a somewhat similar subject. The Crescent is due into NOL on/about 8:00 P.M.. Is there taxi service available or should I try to find a taxi service before arrival and call from the trian?

NOUPT - New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal - is also the bus station. The "evening's young' by New Orleans standards at 8PM.

Nuff said?

You'll find plenty of taxi's in front of the station when the trains arrive. If the train is significantly late, you might want to call a cab, but otherwise they'll be there.
