Hey, I was speaking to a former professor of mine about a week ago about Norm Mineta's $0 proposal for Amtrak-compared to the astronomical figures given to the airline industry. He want's me to e-mail him some specifics (articles, etc). Can Anybody help me out with this? Where can I get the actuall budget proposal in writing? Where can I find some credible (and objective) articles?
