I regularly interview candidates for jobs in my company. Any CV [resume] that contains a number of grammatical errors shows a lack of care and those CVs go straight into the recycling container. While this forum isn't anywhere near as important as applying for a job, you'd be surprised at how many recruiters these days do some private investigation of their potential candidates - and that means potentially finding posts on forums which could alter their view of a candidate.
